Dr. Priyanka George Biomedical Doctor MB ChB MRCP(Eng.) Dip. Gum

Dr. Priyanka George, Practice Manager and Biomedical Doctor

Dr. Priyanka George studied medicine and graduated from the University of Aberdeen in 2010, completing her core medical training and attaining the MRCP qualification. She then proceeded to train at a registrar level in Dermatology and Genitourinary medicine until she found her passion doing biomedical science, dealing and treating children with special needs especially those on the autism spectrum disorder. This stemmed from being disappointed with the care and support provided by the NHS when dealing with these children as her son was left without any treatment or support for years, she had to take matters into her own hands and took years off work, researching and becoming a resident expert in the field of treatments for autism which far outweighs the treatment given by the NHS for these children.

She manages the Precision Surgery Clinic practice and her 2 children and in her spare time gives consultations with regards to biomedical science, applied behavioural analysis and therapies regarding the treatment of autism spectrum disorder.

Mr George did an amazing job of removing a large lymphoma from my back. The fact it was under a large tattoo make it more tricky but Mr George skillfully cut around part of the tattoo to remove the lump making it almost impossible to see the scar. The whole procedure was very professional from start to finish with good after care. All the staff were wonderful and put me at ease while I was there. Would highly recommend The Staiano Clinic.

There is no better plastic surgeon out there. As a doctor myself I was very particular about who I would choose for my procedure, but based on the recommendations of his colleagues and other plastic surgeons who know of Mr George, this became a very easy decision. And I am so glad I chose correctly. He explained everything and was understanding of all my ridiculous specific requests. During the procedure

Experience

I manage and reconstruct complex upper limb trauma, bone, soft tissue, and nerve injuries of the upper limb including microsurgical free flap reconstruction and nerve injuries to upper and lower limbs. I manage a lot of iatrogenic nerve injuries and I also perform elective plastic, hand, and nerve surgery regularly. I have excised and removed over 400 keloids scars on the ears and have less than a 5% recurrence rate due to my special technique.
